Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-equipped room, convenient breakfast.

The accommodation is relatively small and very cosy. One feels welcome and well received. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent with both international and Russian delicacies. . The accommodation has everything you need for a stay in St. Petersburg. The staff is always available to answer questions.

The employees are very nice and helpful. They all make a great omelette! On request you can also get porridge, blinis, pelmeni etc. cooked or fried.

The bathroom is quite small, but the built-in shower is large. Only parking facilities are missing. A shelf under the mirror would be helpful for a woman with dozens of jars etc. But that's just in passing.

This hotel offers a great location on a lively street close to major attractions and a metro station. The staff is friendly and speaks good English, providing restaurant-like breakfast service. The rooms are clean, and some have large windows with great views overlooking the city. The bathroom facilities are all top-notch.

Staf was very polite and helpfull, it is a very small Hotel with 9 rooms at the 3 rd floor of a building. The location was good which is 5 mnts walking distance to Metro station.

Vey small with 9 rooms! How can it be a 4 stars hotel without having Gym, lobby, restaurant etc...

This hotel has a great location, very close to the metro station and easy accessibility to all famous tourist spots. The hotel staff is very friendly, and their service is remarkable. the cleanliness and room facilities are excellent and make you feel comfortable during your stay. The breakfast they offered was good enough to start the day.

The street noise was only the biggest drawback of the hotel, with cars racing up and down the street in the middle of the night, which is disruptive for those who like to sleep peacefully. It was the only downside of an otherwise great stay.

The hotel's staff was excellent - very friendly and always eager to help. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the bustling city. There was a 24-hour tea/coffee station and a microwave available for guests' convenience. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the metro and numerous restaurants.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired, with limited options for a warm meal. It's also worth noting that the lack of soundproofing could result in some discomfort for light sleepers, particularly if the room faces the street.

The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was close to the main attractions and right in the center of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with excellent English skills. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities I needed.
